The Dictionary is web-based, meaning that the user has access to the dictionary anywhere they have access to the Internet. No large downloads are required, and no video files are stored on the mobile device. Mobile ASL Dictionary requires a 3G or WIFI connection when used on the iPhone and iTouch.
